Ann Mc Ilrea died the 30th of August untested [= intestate] whereof the Court having knowledge that there was of goods but 2 partes of one? oxe? and one laboring horse and, in regard of the consideration?? of the said child for 7 yeres, the said goods is given to her mother in compensation thereof.
